Update 2020: The series will be continued under a new title: Open Web Lounge.
The offical CMS Garden conference is an UnConference or BarCamp: Any session (prepared or spontaneously) will be announced informally. Whoever would be interested in a certain topic may post this as well. Usually there will be someone willing to hold a lecture on it. We know from many common activities that it need no more organization than this for a fertile sharing of expertise. Let yourself be inspired, educated, enthused!
And we have the perfect location for this event: The Unperfekthaus ("imperfecthouse") in Essen offers a variety of rooms in different size, creative atmosphere, a rooftop terrace, kicker table and many more highlights. The entry fee includes a flatrate for coffee specialties and cold drinks and there's a tasty buffet all day long.

Accommodation
You will find several friendly and affordable hotels in walking distance from Unperfekthaus. Better book without breakfast as we will have this together at the venue.
How to get there ...and where to find a car park
From Essen's main railway station (Essen Hauptbahnhof) it's a nice 15 min walk through the pedestrian zone.
Car drivers beware, the car park at Limbecker Platz is not open 24/7. Make sure you can collect your car at your preferred time or chose one of the other car parks in the central city.
Unperfekthaus gives very detailed information about how to get there and where to park your car on their website (German only).
